Welcome to Vouch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Vouch, operated by Ishan Bhanderiya (the "Operator", "Vouch", "we", "us"), governing your use of the Vouch app and website at vouchsocial.in (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Vouch.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to use Vouch. You may not use the Service if we have previously banned you or if the law prohibits you from doing so.
Vouch connects people through trust: a mutual friend can "vouch" for you, and you discover and match with people in your city, plan dates, join hangouts, and book experiences. When you vouch for someone, or send messages, plans, or endorsements, that content is shared with the relevant people as described in the app.
You keep ownership of the photos, voice notes, messages, and other content you add ("Your Content"). You grant Vouch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and share Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your profile to other users). This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for content already shared with others or that we must retain for legal reasons.
You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone's rights or these Terms.

You can report or block other users in the app. We may investigate and take action, including removing content or suspending accounts.
Experiences, tickets, and reservations. Some hangout events, Vouch Picks, and date bookings are paid. These are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown before you pay. Because these are bookings for real-world experiences, refunds and cancellations depend on the specific event, venue, or host and on availability; contact us at support@vouchsocial.in for booking issues.
Vouch+ subscription. Vouch+ is an auto-renewing subscription sold and billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play or Apple account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Refunds for subscriptions are handled by the app store under its policies.
Vouch integrates with services such as Spotify, Razorpay, Google, and Apple. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
You may stop using Vouch and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where necessary to protect other users or comply with the law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as content licence limits, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that you will find matches, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any user is who they claim to be.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vouch and the Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your interactions with other users or your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vouch and the Operator from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Vouch after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
