Child safety standards
For Vouch – Social & Hangouts, operated by Ishan Bhanderiya.
Last updated 23 August 2026.
Vouch is for adults aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and
exploitation (CSAE). Any account involved in it is removed permanently and reported to the
appropriate authorities.
1. Vouch is an adults-only service
- Vouch is available only to people aged 18 or over. This is stated in our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
- Every account must provide a date of birth during sign-up. Anyone under 18 cannot complete registration.
- The app is rated for mature audiences on Google Play and is not directed at, or designed to appeal to, children.
- If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we terminate it and delete the associated data.
2. What is prohibited
The following are forbidden on Vouch and result in immediate, permanent removal:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualised depiction of a minor, real or generated.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to sexualise, exploit, or arrange contact with a minor.
- Using Vouch to advertise, link to, or trade such material anywhere.
- Impersonating a minor, or misrepresenting age to any other user.
3. How to report
Every profile and conversation in Vouch can be reported from inside the app:
- Open the person's profile, or your chat with them.
- Choose Report from the menu.
- Pick a reason and send. Reports are private — the person is never told who reported them.
Reporting immediately ends any match between you, deletes the conversation, and permanently
stops the two of you appearing to each other.
For anything involving a child, you can also write to us directly at
support@vouchsocial.in with the subject
CHILD SAFETY. These reports are prioritised above all other correspondence.
4. How we respond
- Reports involving suspected CSAE are treated as urgent and reviewed ahead of any other report.
- Where a report is substantiated, the account is permanently removed, the content is preserved as required for investigation, and the person cannot re-register with the same phone number.
- We report substantiated cases to the relevant authorities, including the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in) in India, and cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
- Repeated or aggregated reports about an account also cause it to be hidden from other users automatically while we review.
5. Legal compliance
We operate from India and comply with applicable law, including the Protection of Children from
Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information
Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and
Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
6. Point of contact
This is also the address for law enforcement and regulators seeking to contact us about a child
safety matter.
